Every Balconia order is shipped to order. Here's what to expect.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 7-15 business days after processing, depending on the item and your location. Some items ship from overseas warehouses and may take a little longer; an estimate is shown at checkout where available.
Shipping costs
Any shipping charges, or free shipping where offered, are calculated and shown at checkout.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow a few days for tracking to begin updating.
Delays
Occasional carrier or customs delays can happen outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, email support@balconia.com and we'll help.
